My Grassroot Beginnings...

An Ohana Business

Growing up in Hawaii, the two main industries are: Hospitality and Agriculture.

As a 3rd generation Japanese daughter, growing up after World War II, I simultaneously grew up as All American as my parents could make me... and we believed the way to success was through food, having come from the sugar plantations, where my grandparents picked sugar cane.

My Grandma taught me...
FOOD IS LOVE. Everyone's Got To Eat...
Take Care of People, and Your Life Will Be Fruitful...

My Parents gave me Rich Dad, Poor Dadby Robert Kiyosaki, as I was finishing high school.
It was the first book to begin opening my eyes to the world of Economics, Wealth Strategies, and frankly the Myths we mostly live within, on a daily basis.

But it would take a circular Journey, to come back to the strategies that I read about, when I was 17 years old...

So, I set out to find mentors...

From my rugby coach (also moonlighting as my Economics professor) to my Leaders in the first "official" jobs I had, I began soaking up knowledge as quickly and intensely as I could.

Today, many people think of me as the person who has answers, insights, or processes...
But I believe that what gives you answers is Questions. How you get insights is through Conversations,
and great processes come from Trial & Error.

All of my Successes have come through Ohana.

Sharon's Professional BIO

Sharon Otaguro quickly rose through the ranks of the spa industry. She helped open 5 multi-million dollar spas, managed 8-figure operations, was traveling to exotic places, and rose to a C-Suite Executive position before she was 30 years old.

Despite having a successful career, Sharon felt unfulfilled, achieving only burnout and empty accolades. Looking around, she saw many other broken heroes and decided there was a better career path for herself. She observed the many broken healers and burnt out executives, and knew there was a better way. Today she helps leaders in the health and wellness industry prioritize their own needs.

Traveling across the country, and speaking nationally as well as internationally, Sharon works with Spa Owners and wellness industry CEOs to scale through email marketing, business optimization (installing operating systems) and Executive WELLth coaching.
